First, let me thank this forum and all the forum users for providing very useful information.
Just came back from 1 month vacation (via AP) and find out my wife and mine 485 have been approved in Dec 28, 2004.
wish speedy approval for everyone,
my details:
VSC, EB3, Chinese, PD 12/2001
Labor approved in 06/2003
140/485 concurrent filed in 07/04/03, ND are 7/14/03
140 approved: May 2004.
EAD/AP approved: 07/04
FP done: 9/28/04
LUD change at 10/05/04, (received FP result and case resume)
LUD change at 11/08/04, do not know why, not message change
485 Approved 12/28/04, no ref
