Checked the Online status this morning. Case was approved yesterday. Checked wife
was not approved. Checked in the afternoon, wife's case is also approved.

Thanks for all the folks for sharing their experiences and thoughts. Its wouldn't
have been a smooth ride but for you folks. This board is the best. :)

You should ideally open another thread to discuss your issue as the above thread might not be looked by many others due to the nature of the subject.

Anyways, based on your input, You should be able to invoke AC21 and make sure you are employed as USCIS only cares about your employment and status. Good Luck.
