Did TSC issued medical RFE because you had not submitted it the time you filed 485 or did they asked you to redo the medical ?

Here are answers of your questions.

1. I did early FP at houston, Bissonnet ASC.

2. I submitted my medical with I-485 application but doctor scrwed up and didnt fill out Vaccination history. I replied with compltly new medical to avoid getting another RFE becuz i though my first medical might be expire. First medical was done and submitted with I-485 dt 5/5/2003
