I'm visiting India right now, and just read my email, and found the magic approval email from USCIS. Unfortunately, no change in wife's status though we filed together and had FP same day.
Anyone has an idea whether there is any problem in entering on Advance Parole if I485 gets approved while out of the vountry?

I485 filed 06/03(EB2 NIW concurrent, I140 AD 12/03)
FP 07/16/04
AD 10/15/04

Nothing will happen...Enjoy your trip...If posible try to postphone your trip and get it stampped, that is only my suggestion.

I don't think you will have any problem while entering US.

BaSh - He is already in India therefore your suggestion is not applicable on him.

Please keep us updated when your wife get the approval notice. My I-485 was approved on 10/13, but still waiting for my wife's approval.
