Oh!! bit relaxed...

Hope everybody gets approved in a very resonable timeframe.

Many Many thanks to all members of this forum for sharing info.Mainly Dsatish,YJay,Edison(s),Kashmir and others and donot forgot there is a Cinta factor and I am sure he is -sudo- immigration lawyer.

I know you may not read until I post my RD/ND...July'2002. [EAC0220XXXX..]
no RFE..

Well every Dog has its day..but We were Pigs(unable raise our heads) until we filed the law suit.

I remember those days when Dsatish,Cinta,YJay,Smita(vanished..) and few others really put lots of efforts to energize the forum to fight for the justice. My sincere thanks to them as well as congratulations...your effort did produce the recent hike in approvals else we would have waited for long.

Last but not least What a Great Person is Rajiv Khanna, Yes Sir we will remember you and your team forever for your efforts to help us. Except Rajiv I did not see a sinlge atterney who is comming forward to help.



Finally I have one question.

I searched info pass to get an appointment date for stamping but seems there is no option for stamping, will it be possible to go directly without apointment at Newark USCIS office.
Please respond.

Good luck my friend. I am not a lawyer but a US educated Elecrical Engineer.

Infopass is available for NJ, Newark (August 9) but I am not sure if you need it for stamping?
 
Congratulations and can you please post your I485 details like when did you do your Finger Printing etc....

I had 3 EADs/APs and 2 FPs one is on Sep2002, and 2nd is on March 2004. Exact dates I did not remember.

But I confused with your RD and your spouce RD..who is depended on you..may be you mistyped...

Unfortunately I wish I had made a TYPO. Actually CIS messed up my I485 application and after my wife got her First Finger Printing, I called them and then they corrected my application ( I am still not sure about it ) as per CIS and they changed our RD and ND dates. This is really a classy example of how CIS really works.

congrats silent visitor. You seem to have sharp memory and good aptitude for writing. How come you never registered here before ? Yes, i also wonder about where is smita goyle ? Looks like she became a silent visitor :D
