details of RFE

Hi aonflux,

Thank you.
All the three of my RFEs are about Employment details.
First one was submitting employment letter from the prospective employer and so is the second one but the third one was total employment history in USA.

Was your case AC21 or something. Was there something complex about your employment record. I am very suprised why you had the 3rd query for the whole employment history.

Please update with details. I have responded to a employment letter query.....and now I am nervour......

Employment

First of all it is an AC21 case.

Actually i don't know what would have made them to ask three RFEs on the same subject even after receiving the responses.
I was also trying to get that to digest. My opinions are: based on the sequence of happenings:
First: I had to change the employer 'cause was laid off from the sponsorer after 180 days.

Second: RFE was issued on employment letter from a prospective employer, I responded and they received it. During the same time, I am thinking now, that they might starte doing the background check or Security Check.

Third: Some time later which should be 10 months i.e. March 2004 they might have got the response from their security check. They were about to do some thing on my case but found that the initial response for first RFE I sent was already old enough to trigger for another RFE of same kind.

Fourth: Took another fulltime job one 1/2 months before the second RFE was issued.

Fifth: Responded to the second RFE. Evidently different employer letter.

(thinking that they might be in confusion now at this point that the first employment letter is not same as the second employment letter and wanted to see how many employers I might have had between the first and the second RFEs.)

Sixth: Triggered another RFE with full employment history details since lawful admission into USA.

Seventh: Response submitted.

Eigth: Response recieved.

Nineth: Status change: This case has been approved. On May 20, 2004, an approval notice was mailed

That is the real story.

Thanks raja234 for the details. My case is not as complicated as yours, so I am hoping they don't ask for another RFE, but as you know "Hope" is only "delayed dissapointment"......

....So hoping for the best and waiting.

Don't worry

'immitesting' don't worry! I am telling you there are remote chances of one's case being rejected. It is only the waiting time that frustrates, but beyond that everyone will have his/her case approved.

It is just around the corner..... nice way to pacify and come out of frustration.

Good Luck! :)
