I finally got approved on 3/30/2004 and got approval notice on 4/3/2004.
2nd FP - Sept 2003.
RFE - Feb 2004 for Employment letter.
RFE received by BCIS - 3/11/2004.
It is an AC21 case and RFE was replied by my current employer.
 
Congratulations! It would e great if you could clarify that in your AC 21 case
(1) Was your job description identical
(2) Was the pay same, or how much different.

The details are as follows:
RD : 10/22/2001
ND : 12/03/2001

Also for the AC21. My salary is more than specified in LC. For the RFE reply, the lawyer specified the same job description as specified in my LC.
 
Any idea if the second RFE has been responded by the current employer as the employer with permanent intent to employ, if you use AC21 and change the employers, how would it affect the case? Please note I-485 still pending close to two years!
