Finally my wife's follow-to-join case was approved. My case was approved back in July 2002. Here is the detail:

REF detail: submit evidence that she won't be a public charge.

So I signed the affidavid. Then submitted a copy of our tax returens as well as her employment letter since we both work for the same company.
