EB-2, ND Oct 99. FL 3/2001, just checked the AM, says case was approved. Company merged and changed its name after submission of 485. Company filed pro-active 140 as a bundle in March 2001, and the i-140 was approved in a few days, according to company lawyer(never see the approval notice myself). Hope this can be a ray of light for the merger cases. Hang in there, guys. This site is great, thanks to Rajiv and everyone.
