When was your I-140 approved? This may again prove the pattern that CSC is clearing up the cases whose I-140 have been approved. Those Wac03 filers with I-140 still pending will still have to wait for unkonwn period of time.

no it is not true

my I140 was approved in January 2003. And my I485 was touched several times in May 2004, but nothing happened. No approval, No 2nd FP.

My I-140 was approved on 6/9/03, my case was non concurrent
