Hi all,
After a long wait finally got approved. Thanks to the forum for advising me on some of the queries I had.

RD date nov152002
ND date nov192002
RFE Received on March15th
RFE Sent March 30th
Approved on Apr 13. ;)
 
r u ND 2002 or ND2001?????????????????

If 2002 mannnnn u r 2 lucky. How much prasad did u offer to Hanumaanjee??????:(

After a "long wait'? Dude, you have no idea how lucky you are...the wac03 Gods must be smiling upon you.

rknag has been already waiting for almost a year and a half, and it's LONG enough
although lots of people have been waiting for over two years.
He is lucky but it is not his fault but the CSC's crime.
We should claim againt the CSC.

Hi all,
I understand the frustrations of other guys who are eagerly waiting for approval. Although I applied for 485 in Nov 2002 but I started the GC process way back in 2000. Lot of screw up happened from my company side as they did not forward my application for six months. If there was no delay at that time then I would have got long back as the processing was very fast during those golden days..

My finger prints would be expiring on May 1st. I did not get 2nd FP notice. Also I belong to EB2 category

And donot feel bad that your company screwed up! I'd say you are lucky your company screwed up, else you would have been waiting just like the rest of 2002 guys are !!!
 
Congratulations!! Lets welcome any kind of approvals. They must be doing in parallel. I know its hard to accept for some fellow members but it seems CSC is going with a two way approach as some body suggested.

Divide the IIO into two teams, one team handles the oldest applicants and the other theam works on recent applicants say a year and half old. This is just my thought, need not be correct.
