How come your I-140 approved so fast? What was your I-485 RFE about? Thanks.

i think at the time i applied for I-140 in Oct 2002, processing was taking about 5-6 months. Most of my colleagues got approved in that time frame. Rather they issued RFE for I-140 also asking for "employers ability to pay" in first week of jan 2003.

I-485 RFE was standard - EVL, W-2 tax returns, company's papers etc.
