Saw the magic words announcing the approval for myself, my wife and son. A long journey has finally ended.

I 140 filed on 10/1/2001
I 140 approved Feb'02
I 485 RD,ND on 3/28/2002
Did not file EAD & AP after the 1st one expired
I 485 approved on 6/28/04

Congrats - nice to see some approvals coming thru after watching for the last 2 yrs - I also got approved on 6/28

My 2nd FP date was Jan 15, 2002 at POMONA in LA. My wife's FP was done that day. But my FP was not done b'cos of a frost bite. So got it done on 3/11/02.

No RFE. Pretty Straightforward case I suppose, on hindsight. L1 A - no labor, same company, all through. Only moved to NJ from Southern CA on 18th Jan. Filed AR 11 for address change and also called NSC and advised of address change.
 
You mean Jan 15, 2004 right?? You mentioned 2nd FP as Jan 15, 2002.

I was so caught up in the excitement that I forgot to thank every one in the forum for their tremendous support and phenomenal information being shared. Special thanks to Rajiv and team and all the .org team for their stupendous work.

This site was a crutch that supported during trying times. Particularly frustrating was the times when there were approvals past my date and felt helpless.

My prayers are with all the others with dates prior to the JIT date for their speedy approval.

As I like to say - Keep the faith.
