Received emails 5 minutes ago (around 8:10 PM PST).

Started labor cert process in Feb 1998.
I-140 applied in April 1999. Denied due to screwups in paperwork.
I-140 re-applied in Jan 2000. File was misplaced or something, approved in March 2002.
485 applied : April 2002 Approved June 15, 2004, No RFE.
No AC-21. working for the same employer for last 7 years.

2nd FP done early on 21st May 2004, results updated on May 28.
Received another FP notice on 10th June. Went to San Jose ASC today. Told them the story, FP guy called his officer...the officer took my papers inside and did something. Came back and asked me to go home, eveything was fine, no need for re-fp.

Was checking online status 8 times a day. Checked just 15 minute ago, there was no change....

received 2 mails per case. checked online status... it is updated too (except for my wife, LUD is changed to June 15 for her, so I am guessing she is approved too. no email for her.)

I am confident that BCIS will clear manor part of backlog in next couple of months.

After we met in Milpitas in late April, I-485 processing was actually improved at the CSC.

CONGRATULATIONS! :) If you remember a post of mine a couple of weeks ago, I
had predicted this! :) Glad you have received your approval, now you can move on in life and put this sorry incident behind you for EVER. Just don't forget us when it comes time for you to vote. These pains should never be inflicted on the next batch of immigrants. Good luck and god bless.

P.s' where is the party? Thought one was promised? :)
 
Party is still on. Is there a plan to have "monthly meeting"?
After the meeting we can "run" to a bar. Or the meeting could be organized in the bar itself. Beers on me.

Good idea, a monthly meeting in a bar! :) Let's meet up this week. Thursday works for me. If I am not mistaken, Ruxrux, kashmir and cosmos would probably make it as well. Is Thursday good? Or is it at short notice?
