Hi Folks,
Got my approval yesterday in the mail for both me and my wife
PD (labor) - Nov 99
RD (I485) - Aug 01
FP - Dec 01
AVM resumed - Jan-02
AD - 08-may-02
EB3

I think INS,CA has speeded up processing of 485 cases as we are seeing lot of approvals in the past week.I think it is just a matter of time that everyone of us gets the approval. I will pray that the rest of the waiters feel the relief and happiness that we feel. This was a great site that made us feel better whenever we were down.Thanks for everything.

 Finally Our 485 \'s got approved on May 9th according to AVM . Waiting for approval
This was a great site i got lot of usefull information.
 Thanks to eveyone who is posting there info and helping others.
Looks like CSC is speeding up the process,I will pray that the rest of you will get there
approvals soon.

RFE for: Tax Documents and successor(companys),Past Status, Medical.
 My company and lwayers took along time to reply back for my RFE
RFE Replied: 4/16/02
AVM update as of 04/18/02.
485 \'s got approved on May 9th according to AVM
