By GOD\'s grace my and my family\'s case was got approved without any hassels.
I am happy and releived to be out of tensions.

shared their problems and solutions.
Here are my details:
VSC EB2 INDIA LC 6/98 I140 12/98 PD 01/09/99 ND 03/17/00 FP 03/29/01
RFE 04/26/01 RFE Rcvd 5/3/01 RFE sent 5/16/01 RFE Rcved by INS 5/21
AVM updated by INS 05/24/01 as APPROVED.
Called to IIO many times to followup the case. Every time my experience with IIO was nice
and useful. They were freindly too. Case followup was so easy because of this site\'s useful timely informations.
After applying I485 I changed my residence to different state and called INS
for address change. Becauase of address change, My EAD cards were delivered to
old address and returned to INS. EAD cards did not get forwarded. I had to
call IIO and request them to send them to new address. They did promptly.
My finger prints were done on scheduled date without any issues.
I applied for EAD renewal in Apr01. I got receipts but not cards.
My RFE was regarding employment letter and G325A updated Biographic information.
After RFE reply, checked 4 times. On 5/21, it said RFE received and that it will take 180
days to process. Same msg on 5/21. On 5/23, it changed to "0 Days" to process.
Yesterday...I heard the FREEDOM msg !!!
I feel it is very much required to call IIO and follow up your case. Otherwise there
may be some delays. In my case I could not have received my EAD\'s at all. It was delayed
almost 4-5 months.
I was logged as different user into this site to inform about status.
I am waiting for my approval letter and passport stamping.
