Someone said on this forum EB1 is one of reasons for transferring. It's good to know at least one EB1 got approved without transfer/RFE.

Why would they transfer just based on EB1? Doesn't make sense. In any case, I have been a resident of this country long enough (10+ yrs). It was about time they gave me at least an honorary resident title if not full-fledged permanent residency!
