Hello all!

My website case was finally updated 7/3/04 with this bew...
The following is the latest information on your case status

Receipt Number: WAC021745***

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On July 1, 2004, an approval notice was
mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you
may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,
please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I still won't believe my eyes not until I get this NOTICE from the mail in black & white.

My question... Will the written notification say if I need an RFE / EVL only or the above updated case status should have it too if they require any RFE/EVL?

What are you talking about!?? No RFE for you, my friend, you are approved, forget RFE and EVL!!! Wait for approval to arrive in mail and go for stamping.
 
what does this indicate?

would you pls tell me if you have 2nd fp ? my lud moved two time in three days. doesthis mean they will approve my case or they are sending me 2nd fp? does anyone know if sending 2nd fp will trigger the lud change? my case is 02150XXX aprili 2 2002, very frustrating, nothing after the first fp

You mean, it should say on the updated case status of approval if they need other requirement (RFE/EVL)?

They won't approve if they r issuing an RFE for something and that will be reflected on their website also. The website would then say RFE issued. Why am I explaining.....

Forget it, u r approved. Go for stamping after receiving Approval Letter.

No, you're approved, no RFE,no EVL, you are APPROVED!!! They would've already asked for those things before if they wanted, but they didn't.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry for the question 'cause I don't really know & am still having anxiety until I see the Notice with my own 2 eyes on hand!
