PD Mar 2001
RD Oct 2001.
FP2 Sept 10, 03.
AD Oct 24, 2003.

Stamped today.....the painfull journey has ended and wishing you all good luck...

did you get any RFE? Your PD is March-2001. Is this the date you applied for your I-485 or when you got I-140 approved?

My 485 RD - Oct 01.
FP1 - Apr 02 or so.
RFE - Jan 14, 03 for employment & birth certificate affidavit.
Feb 03, Amended 140 due to successor in interest.
Responded to RFE w/ 140 notice Feb 25.
140 approved on Aug 03, after contacting senator/congressman.
2nd FP notice and FP done on Sept 03.
Approval on Oct last week. Stamped on Oct 31.

It was a tough journey.......

congrats. Amended 140 due to successor in interest. can you please explain what is this mean. Can the 140 be amended/deninal after approved.
we could not under stand approval of I 140 after
contacting senator/congressman. may be yours 140 is not based on employments. I am new to this forum. can you please explain.

I140 was amended due to the company restructuring with a new name and tax id. It took slightly longer to approve and nothing was progressing for a while. That is when I contacted Senator..It got approved as soon as they contacted BCIs...hence not sure if it was due to that or not...anyway, all over now.......
