I got approved in first week of April, today I went to local office to get stamp.
Made the appoinment through infopass, when I went to window, gave her the approved letter, her first question was. Do you have everything I need, I ask her, like what. Give her photos, DL. She ask me for I94, there were few fellows here, who told me that I don't need to take I94.
Well I took I94 with me incase, thats all she need. she prepare the form, finger print my right index finger twice, sign it twice, and made me I94 as a temporary proof. she was very nice and helpful. I ask her, how long does it take, she said, you should get it before this temp expires, and she said lately, they are very efficient and processing very fast.

Scondly, does anyone knows? how to apply for RTD?
I applied many years back, through paper, whats the new procedure, and how much is the fee?

At least in Florida they want to have your asylum I-94s back. I believe that they want to maintain inventory control over these important documents.

You can certainly apply for a RTD. The online process is faster than the paper process. You might look into the reentry permit since you are now a PR. The RP is good for two years and is generally better known. However Germany does not allow visa-free admission to RP holders.
