I faxed a letter to Senator Kennedy ask for help beck in May. 6 weeks later I called them and they told me this:
After 2nd FP, they put my file away for 2 months, then do the security check again, then dispatch your case to officers. Senator's staff told me VSC informed them my case will be picked up by adjustment officer after 07/21/03 for processing.
Sounds like 2nd FP is a killer. You are looking at least about 4 months waiting time after 2nd FP.
Hold on buddy. Your turn will be next.

I don't think that is the standard procedure. We have seen people gotton approved just 3 weeks after their 2nd FP. One example is Malikms who was a sept case as well.

Could you tell me if Kennedy's office asked if you had your
lawyer to handle your immigration case? They refused to
help me because I have my lawyer.

Just curious about why they chose to work for you, but not
for me. BTW, my RD is 10/9/2001.
