On Jan 15th my case is being approved but my wife and son's case shows old status. Is it possible that our file got seperated?

My details:
RD: MAR 02
ND: APR 02
1st FP: MAY 02
2nd FP: OCT 03 (was scheduled in Nov 03 did early, both me and wife)
AD: JAN 04
 
Congrats. Today there seems to have been good number of approvals.

There were some instances of spouse getting approved later on and in other cases the message was not updated correctly. So hard to guess but please append when you get the approval notices in mail.

I checked phone message also it is still old message that on May 2002 we received the results of FP. They never updated with second FP info. For my son also same old message that it is taking 365 to 540 days.

My I-140 was approved for CP, but chose to apply for 485.

Lets see if I am done with USCIS for now or I am in another loop for my wife and son.
