Approved: RD some time in September, ND 23 October 2000

Have just checked the status of my I-485. My case was approved yesterday, August 15, together with my husband\'s and son\'s applications. EB1, country: Other.Should receive the approval notice copy within 14 days.

As you may remember, only a week ago I was told that the case had not even been assigned on an officer and that it would take 30-60 days. Was that IIO just playing with me?

Yeah U R right, Last week I called IIO they said my case is not yet assigned to an officer. I am happy for you. Hope my approval comes quickly.
