Guys today my wife case has been approved. Mine was employment-based green card I was approved last year May 30, 2003 and today my wife got approval notice via email from USCIS.
Here is her information:
Follow to join case. She came here on h4-b visa and applied her green card based on spouse.
She has done two fingerprints, applied three times EAD, and got two approvals and third one did not approve, because her green card approved.
EAD1: Approved
EAD2: Approved
EAD3: Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on March 9, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
