FP3 Feb 2004 -- walked in to Newark office and told them I had done the second FP in December. They checked the record then sent me back with an appology letter.
RFE Feb 17 2004 -- Redo birth certificate (the original one I submitted was issued by the hospital only; they need one from a civil authority.)
