Approved RD 5-5-2004?

before coming to a consensus, we will have to wait and see if INS approves cases like this in the coming days. May be there is a process change. It cannot be an accidental approval, i think.

Its supposed to be...
485 ND for non concurrent cases.
140 ND for concurrent cases.(according to F.O. Memo)

but seems like they are still going by 485 ND.

aks999: Nice to see you in 485 forum. If our 140 has been approved, can we still use the I-140 RD under FO memo? IC

Thanks. No idea buddy. we cannot predict anything with INS. Our cases should have been processed under FO memo. but they approved our 140s
