I have followed one case(not mine), EAC-02-0505xxxx.
This case first showed "case received", then stayed that way until changed to "case not found" last month. It now shows "case approved". I don't what the hell is going on with BCIS.
If your kid case follows the same message pattern, it might give you some clue. Anyhow, the best approach is to call.
