Every one of you is aware of my feelings; I'm not going to burden you with sharing my frustration lasted all those years.

Finally I'm happy.

FP1 - 04/2002
Amended I-140 - 06/2002
EAD2 - 01/2003
AP2 - 01/2003
FP2 - 08/2003
FP3 - 12/2003 (INS's computer glitch)
EAD3 - 01/05/2004 (92 days)
AP3 - 01/06/2004 (93 days)
AD - 04/22/2004

You went with all this and you call your self "Slacker".

you must be out of your mind!! Just Kidding!!!

Congratulations!!!

It hurts to see all those dates!!! But you are through..............:)

Congratulations!

Enjoy yourself. It's a great feeling.

I got my passport stamped on Thursday, and drove to Montreal on Friday. It felt so nice to enter a country without the need of a visa.

First of all I would like to say congratulations on your approval.

I am aslo in a situation that there is a mistake in my last name just one alphabet and I am wondering if that is the reason of delay.

Should I call USCIS for the correction or just leave it for now and change it after I get 485 approved.

How did you find all these information?.....Please share.

Please advise.

I found it in couple of months after filing when my lawyer faxed receipt notices to me. I called VSC and they fixed it right away. However, as I understand, my cases (EAD and AP) were already in CRU (case resolution unit) and it took a while for them to approve.

I don't know what is better - wait for FBI to find out this problem while they doing security checks, or to notify BCIS. Lawyers say that even new G-28 usually doesn't find its way to one's case if sent alone without petition (in case you switch to another lawyer).
