By the grace of almighty god my case, and my wife's case has been approved on 11/18. There was RFEs for TB test + affidavits


My Details are:

RD: 08/10/2001
Nd :09/19/2001
RFE issued on 10/10/2002
RFE received by INS on 11/05/2002
AD: 11/18/2002.

I have also updated at Rupnet ( id : gcman).

I saw couple of September, 2001 approvals on Rupnet yesterday.

I am just curious to know, did you talk to IIO after you sent
your RFE reply. If yes, do you think it helped to push your case.

I did not talked to IIO after RFE response, but i did talked to IIO
to notify and update new address and it was 6 momths ago.
My analysis determined that they are also considering PD.
My PD was 04/99.
One of my friend whose 485's RD is 08/13/01 is still waiting.
His PD seems to be somewhere between 04/2000 to 07/2000.
Another friend whose RD is 09/01 and PD (some month of 1999)
got an RFE for status.

What doc's is required for stamping? Your input on this will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
