My case and my wife has been approved after RFE.

RFE: 01/18/2002 (BC only for me)

Details about RFE

The AVM said RFE on 01/18/2002. My lawyers received it on January 31. They replied the same day. AVM updated for RFE response on 02/05/2002. I got approved on 02/25/2002.

All this time my wife AVM did not change it still said the same 350 days crap.

WAITING FOR APPROVAL...
When I check AVM, It says RFE is issued to me and they receieved it and it is in the process..when I check it for my wife , it still says the old message this case is pending. Is it normal?

My 2nd question is :
And is it a bad news for me that my 2nd AP and EAD approvals came in three weeks soon after I replied the RFE..does it create any confusion or delays?

Congrats. What is your city? Also did you talked to IIO in last 2-3 months? Of so please post the summary of your conversation with IIO.

I just wanted to check if IIO could give you some useful info. or not.
