I just checked the online status and I also got an email from USCIS. My 485 has been approved on 05/18/2004.

FP 06/13/2003
AD 05/18/2004

I have changed jobs twice after 180 days.
No RFE. No senator or fax enquiry.

They are doing 06/03 FPs. Dare I hope that they will be doing 07/03 FPs soon?

My passport expires in Jan 2005.

Is it OK if I go to stamping with a passport which is going to expire in 6 months?

Or is it better to renew passport and then go for stamping?
