Can someone advise me please?...
I have an approved I-130 and have been notified that I'm being scheduled for interview. I'm already living in the US so will be interviewed here, however, my question is ... my son is included in that petition and he is still living in the UK. He was a child of course when the application was submitted, but he's going to be 21 in a couple of days, so is he still included? And if so, will he need a separate interview in the UK?
