Oh my God! I can't believe this! I am approved today and today is my birthday, I usually don't give a crap about birthdays but this day is something to remember - of course until the next round of namechecks for citizenship!
I'd been stuck in namecheck since 2004 and I came to know about it only in may, I wrote to FL, Ombudsman, congressmen/women, every one I could think of, I was seriously considering WOM... Not sure when those checks were complete but it has been my ritual to call TSC everyday, and hold for 30-40 minutes, most of the times I got officer that wouldn't tell me any information but recently I got to talk to a couple of officers that told me my checks were complete, I didn't buy that so I asked an officer this morning when they were done, after a few clicks she reluctantly said that they were done last week.
My instinct is the letter I wrote to FL in the beginning of June worked.
I've been through a lot with all this crap, all is well that ends well... Hope everybody gets to see the approvals in the right order. This forum has been very informative and helpful to me, I appreciate every one that looks out for each other... Thanks to Mr. Khanna for providing this amazing venue.
