Approved on March 11th

Hello Friends,
An email was send to me today confirming that mine and my wife's 485 were approved on March 11th.

here's my info:
EB2 PD: 06/11/2002
I-140 AD: 04/7/2003
I-485 ND: 02/25/2003
FP2: 11/16/2004
I-485 AD: Not yet
RFE sent on Feb 14th: Regarding Marriage Bonafide
RFE received by INS on March 2nd
LUD: 03/07/05
AD: 03/11/05

I have a similar RFE. Can you please tell me what documents did you send?. Did you get any affidavits?.

Also, Did you send Tax filed copies?. If yes, did you send e-file papers or Each Fed,State,City tax filing separately?.

Hi Friend,
I send the following to the INS, no affidavit other than the marriage certificate:
Bank statement with Jnt A/c
Car insurance
Wedding pictures
Rental Lease
Credit card with same account numbers
401 K showing beneficiary name
Tax return for last year
Tax return check from the State
A few personal letters addressed to both me and my wife.

all the above with a copy of the Marriage Certificate

I filed my last year's taxes by mail, so I just send the copies of all the forms.
