My case is approved on July 1st and received letters on July 3rd.My t case is approved at local office and was attended i/v on June last week 2007.On approval letter,the approval date is mentioned is 07/01/2007.Mine is AC 21 case.Got passport stamped on July 5th

You are among a few cases that have got approved from the PERM. Would you mind telling us, if this is the only labour you filed ? When was your 140 got approved? Any reason why your case moved to local office? How was the interview.

Mine is PERM substitute labor.Initially i filed 140/485 at VSC on 09/29/2005.Due to officer is on medical leave(My attorny called to VSC and confirmed) and waited almost a year,it got transsfered to NSC and aproved 140 on july 2006.

I changed employer and i filed AC21 ,they transffered my case to local office.

Interview is not very easy.He digged entire my history asked all the personel questions,employment history etc.But officer is very nice.THe officer has gone though my W-2's,taxes,paystubs,employment letter matched with labor skill set and designation,medical history.
