I-485 RD: June 14th 99, ND: July 1st 99.
Relocated to Atlanta in Feb 2000(and address change was filed in Feb 2000)
FP on June 20th @ Newark center (though we were at Atlanta, asked to go to Newark for FP). FBI sent the FP back to VSC on 27th june.
Talked to IIO a couple of times.
NO RFE whatsoever.
Approved on Aug 16th i.e.,yesterday. What a relief... ooooooffff.

Are you going to get your passport stamped at Atlanta or Newark? I have a similar case. I am at Chicago and my case is filed from NJ.

right now I am in Atlanta, and I will go to Atlanta INS for stamping.
We could go to any INS office for that matter since we have an approved case. Have a good day.

When you moved how did you notify INS of the address change?
  Did you talk to an IIO and let him know your new address or did your attorney mail take care of the address change formalities?
If you had the address change done by your attorney did you have to fill out any particualr form OR did your attorney mail a formal to INS (including all the details) ?

Lawyer took care of that, change of address letter was faxed to VSC. Later,I confirmed by calling them whether the new address was entered into the system and it was.
