Finally approved after 2nd FP and RFE.

2nd FP: July 19, 2003. Scheduled end of July. Did an early FP.

Used AC21 in Aug 2002. Moved from NY to KS and informed INS in Aug 2002. Moved to IN in April 2003 informed INS in April 2003.
RFE: Issued 09/11/2003 (about Emp letter and paystubs)
INS received reply on 10/14/2003

I forgot the 2nd FP date. RFE issued on 9/11/03. INS received reply on 10/14/03.

Do you remember approximately how long it's been since your 2nd FP? Do you think that it was in August or September?

I did my 2nd FP at July 19. Did an early FP. Mine is AC21 case. Informed INS about job change.
