My only concern in my case was ,my I140 was approved for CP and was sent to Mumbai consulate,but looks like NSC takes care of this kind of issues.

Thanks. That is encouraging. My I140 was also filed for CP by my idiot lawyer without asking me what I might want to do after I140. Hope I will be as great as you are, soon. Hope everyone will get to their day of glory really soon.
