Hi all,


This is the day for me. My I485 got approved on feb 05. My wife and daughter's cases are also approved.

Here are my details.

PD: DEC 1999
RD: JUL 31 2001
ND: SEP 13 2001
FP : APRIL 2002
RFE: DEC 02 : For latest employement letter and EAD status.
RFE received by NSC on dec 13.
AD : Feb 05, 2003.


Last week I talked with IIO and she told me that my case is with an officer from 01/24/03.

Never changed the employer. It is a long wait for me.

I never saw a guy whose I 485 got rejected. It is just the time it will take for each case that differ.

So hang on guys. I hope your day will come soon.
