I was a regular visitor ever since I came to know that I will be laidoff

Good news got approved on 19th april

Bad news is i will be laidoff end of the month

Is there a problem appreciate your feedback

Miracles do happen which made BICS work on saturdays

Congrats. What a timing!!!

Well, you should be ok if your company is laying you off. You had good intentions and wanted to work for your sponcering company. So, that what matters!!!

Make sure you get a proper letter explaining that it was a layoff. Consult your attorney as to what the contents should actually be. This would help to substantiate if there are questions down the lane during your citizenship.

If i were you, i would find another job since it would make my case stronger if there are questions down the road!!. Again, do ask your attorney if this would be necessary.

But for now, enjoy!!!!
