My spouse & myself got approved on Nov 16th, 2001 as per the AVM.
I called the INS today morning & heard the great news on the AVM.
I am one of the Oct/Nov 2000 guys...been patiently waiting for my approval.
Looks like our IIO finally woke up.
Will keep you guys posted!

Can u please post PD/RD/ND/FP AND I-140 FOR CP OR AOS?

We have a small group of people from December 00 waiting. Now INS is approving most of FEB and MAR cases. Each and every details from your side can help us figure out what is happening with our case.

Priority Date Oct 5th, 1998.
RD Oct 24th,2000.
ND Nov 21st,2000.
FP Sometime in Feb 2001.
As per AVM, I-485 got approved on 16th Nov, 2001.
EAC-01-039-*****
I-140 was approved for AOS.
I am still waiting for my approval notice...will keep you guys posted.
