Approved ND Dec 2000 Case

My wife\'s case with ND from Dec 2000 was approved. We had called them last month and IIO had mentioned that all complicated cases were being processed and we should wait for 90 days. We called last night and found out that the case was approved on April 1st

We had filed her 485 after mine was filed. My case was primary and her\'s was a dependant. We did "Follow to Join" mode. LIN 01 056 xxxxx ND was Dec 15 and RD was Nov 30. No RFE\'s but we did call NSC last month and they mentioned that all complicated cases were handled differently and we should hear from them in 90 days.

Congrats. My wife\'s case is very similar. However the ND is 11/2000.

I am keeping my fingers crossed.
