LUD: 8/17, 8/18, 10/4
FBI name check: 1/2004

Husband:
VSC, EB2
485: ND 7/3/2003
FP1: Scheduled 8/31/2004, did early FP on 8/12
LUD: 8/17, 8/18, 10/1
FBI name check: 10/2003

I had a question:
Was your FBI Name check done in 10/03 or 10/04?
On both cases, yours and your husbands' states as 1/04 and 10/03, maybe a typo error.
I believe, the name check is done after the FP completion- right?

No, name checks for me and my husband are done on 1/04 and 10/03. Name check is done once 485 is submitted. It's independant with finger print.

Littlepig,
Thanks for the Info, but I have been reviewing on the forum that upon finger print, it is sent over to FBI for verification and also name checks etc,, and members here are even posting comments about sending emails to FBI etc...

All others, please comment, I am thinking, the name check etc would be done once the finger print is done etc...

Little pig is right. Name check is independent process and initiated when 485 is filled. Tho name chck and Finger printer go thru FBI
