Thank God!! I have graduated with I-485, two days after graduating with I-140. I will be soon going to the convocation.

FP was expiring soon. I hope everyone gets their approvals fast. Thank you everone for keeping this forum alive.

YOu are exactly right. My friend's I140 has been pending since Oct. 2002, and yesterday, his I140 was approved, and his I485 was asked an interview in a local office.

So to someone whose I140 has been pending for quite a long time, it may not be a bad thing - you will get all done in one shot. My I140 has been approved earlier, and now, what I can do>>>>
