Hello fellow immigrants,

I was approved as per AVM on 09/06. Here are my details:
RD 08/28/00
ND 09/22/00
RFE 08/14/01 (the immigration doctor did not fill properly fill up the physical form...)
RFE received by INS on 09/04/01
Approved on 09/06

Good luck to all the 99, 00 and 01 waiters.

I am in similar situation as you, same reason for RFE, almost same RD and ND. Responded to RFE last week now the wait continues.
