Pending Application to Adjust Status / Change of Employer

Dear Mr. [Name to Address ]:

My Application to Adjust Status has been pending with the INS [VSC/NSC/CSC/TSC]
Service Center for at least 180 days. This letter is to notify you that I
no longer intend to enter into employment with the original sponsor of the
I-140 petition approved upon my behalf.

Rather, I intend to work for the new employer named above in a similar
occupational classification as the original labor certification job
opportunity. Enclosed is a letter from the new employer which verifies that
the job offer exists, and includes the new job title, job description and
salary.

Your approval of my Application to Adjust Status based upon the change of
employer is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]

How soon you applied for AC21 after changing the Job !!!
Did you send the details of AC21 at the time of RFE...

I really appreciate if you could reply to my question??

GCLookup--My lawyer took care of everything. Lawyer asked the current employment letter and a letter from me to invoke AC-21. and mentioned to me that they will attach my Labor or 140 copies.

rmdil99--I have NOT informed INS about AC-21 after changing job in Sep-2003 . Rather i waited for RFE and replied to INS. You can see the letter formats i used below.

Good LuC to you guys.
