Our I-485 got approved. The online status has not yet changed. But my attorney received the approval notice. She called us and then I checked our mailbox and it was there. I am totally lucky I know that. My wife's I-485 is approved too.

I applied for my wife's 2EAD on Apr 19th and got the receipt on Apr 22nd. May be this triggered the approval.

Are you sure your RD is Mar'2003 and not Mar'2002 ? If your RD is Mar'03 indeed, then buy a lottery ticket immediately. Don't delay.

I noticed you got 140 approved in 3 months, and 485 in 13 months!

Did you do something special to your case? If not, you are REAL lucky! Like pp said, go buy lottery, don't delay!

Yeah..it is good to see 2003 approvals coming in.
Hope this trend picks up.
lc140485 - its clear this case wasn't a concurrent filing one..so the 140 never got approved in 3 months.

That's what I have been waiting for, My RD is 12/2002 and ND 01/2003 and I applied for EAD renewal on 2nd April and that's the outcome I have been expecting. Let's see...
 
EAD2003 - according to the info in "2003 Consolidated Tracker" in 140 Forum, his case IS concurrent. He got RFE for I140 in May'03, then got approved in June'03.

What a lucky guy! Wish I had the luck too!

Thank you guys. Yes I am a concurrent filer. I got an RFE on I 140 and got it approved in 3 months. However at that time many who applied with me got their I 140 approved before me. You can see the details in the 2003 xl tracker in the Vermont I 140 forum. May be I was not that lucky then.

I will surely follow your advise and go buy a lottery. Once again thank you for all your wishes and good luck to you all.

Pls update the 2003 140 VSC tracker, you are the first in the tracker to be approved!! Congrats again!! :)

Stamping done

We stamped in Boston BCIS office. Procedure was very simple. Reached the building at 7 and entered the office by 7:20. Had our fingerprinting and signing done. Waited for our turn. The lady checked our papers.

1. The original approval notice Courtesy copy will also do I think)
2. I 94
3. Passport
4. EAD
5. APs

Stamped our passports and we were out by 9:00.
