I have a query on behalf of a friend.
He is right now working for Company B.He used to work for Company A,which had filed for his Green Card.
His Labor was cleared and so was I-140 with Company A few years back.
He has 9 months to his six year limit.
The Company B has not filed for his GC.
The Issue here is that he does not have any documentation,saying his Labor is cleared and I-140 is cleared etc.
He ONLY knows the date of approval for I-140.
His Company A does not have these documents either.
Can he somehow get these documents from USCIS or somehow file his I-485 thru Company A?
