Approved Labour: H1B Tranfer.

Hi,
I have been recently offered a job.
They have an approved labour, and are ready to file my green card.
I have a few questions though.

1. I need to transfer my H1B. (Since I am on another company's H1 currently). I beleive can start working with an notice number for the H1 transfer. Can I also start I485/I140 at the same time or do i need to wait till my visa is stamped on the passport.
2.Will premium H1B Tranfer help me file my 1485/1140 faster?

Green Card is for future employment

As Green Card is for future employment, my opinion is you can start I485/I140 at the same time.
