APPROVED labor Questions. Pls HELP.

Few doubts which I have.

1) In the whole labor certification process is the employees name associated with it? So if theres an approved labor, is it tied to an employee?

2) If not, why is it called a labor substitution? Say I am using a pre-approved labor and I fit the requirements, am I substituting for someone? Can it not be treated as if this labor was filed for me ?

Pls reply to this thread and help me clear my doubts. I am sure lot of people have the same questions.

Do u have any problem or system has any problem
Else If this statement is False
Do U have any advantages except you can file I-140 instantly rather than suffering 2-3-4 years
